• D-003, the used 12 kg roaster: review was due 2026-10-01, 14 days ago. It expected roasting time to fall to about 14 hours a week with no new debt (memory/decisions.jsonl:4). No agent report shows roasting hours, so this one needs your own count. Record it with /decide outcome D-003.
