Ande raises $52M to put corporate entertainment spend on autopilot

An agentic platform for the $325B enterprises spend yearly on client dinners and events -- booking, approvals, contracts, and reconciliation, with Cloudflare and Salesforce already customers.

Ande raised $52 million in combined seed and Series A funding from Lightspeed Venture Partners, Redpoint Ventures, Duration Ventures, and Sierra Ventures, with Bain Capital Ventures also participating. The company is pitching itself as an "entertainment operating system" for enterprises -- an agentic platform that automates the client dinners, sporting events, and corporate experiences that Ande says enterprises spend an estimated $325 billion on annually.

What the agent actually does

Ande's workflow covers venue availability, booking, approval routing, contract execution, and expense reconciliation -- the full loop from "we want to take this client somewhere" to a closed-out expense report, without a human doing the manual coordination at each step. It's a narrower, more operational use of agentic AI than most funding headlines this category produces: not a chatbot layered onto an existing tool, but automation of a specific, recurring back-office workflow that was previously handled by admins and expense systems bolted together.

Traction claims

Ande says more than 60 enterprises use the platform, including Cloudflare, Salesforce, and McGraw Hill, with customers reporting 12-15% savings and more than $400 million in entertainment spend now flowing through the platform annually. As with any early-stage funding announcement, these are the company's own disclosed numbers, not independently audited -- worth taking as a directional claim about traction rather than an audited figure.
